What is PrimeCenter?
PrimeCenter is the partner, referral and distribution network supporting the CEBOOM real estate ecosystem.
How is PrimeCenter different from CEBOOM?
PrimeCenter focuses on partnerships and attribution. CEBOOM remains the primary property discovery, inventory and buyer-conversion platform.
Who can become a partner?
Potential pathways include licensed brokers, accredited salespersons, international real estate professionals, referral partners, developers, property owners and other professional collaborators. The applicable requirements depend on the relationship.
What is a Partner ID?
A Partner ID is a reference mechanism intended to help identify supported partner relationships and preserve attribution across referrals and links.
Is my Partner ID also my login?
No. A Partner ID identifies attribution; it is not proof of identity. Approved partners receive separate secure account access before private referral-status history can be viewed.
How can an approved partner track referral status?
After account approval and activation, the partner can sign in to the private PrimeCenter account area and view status metadata linked to that Partner ID. Buyer contact details and confidential transaction information are not exposed in the partner status view.
Can international Realtors work with PrimeCenter?
PrimeCenter can support a professional introduction pathway for overseas clients exploring Cebu. Any activity in the Philippines remains subject to applicable local laws, licensing, accreditation and professional requirements.
How can OFWs use PrimeCenter?
OFWs can use the dedicated OFW pathway to prepare a Cebu property or investment requirement, continue into authoritative CEBOOM property research, refer a buyer or family member, or discuss a referral/network-partner relationship.
What OFW privileges does PrimeCenter provide?
PrimeCenter provides an OFW-focused access pathway, separate OFW inquiry tagging, remote-first CEBOOM routing, preferred-contact-window capture and supported referral attribution for eligible partner relationships. These are network features, not automatic financing, government, tax, developer or legal entitlements.
Does being an OFW automatically qualify me for financing or referral commissions?
No. Financing, government programs, developer terms and other external benefits have their own eligibility rules. Likewise, a referral does not automatically authorize regulated brokerage activity or create a commission entitlement; applicable laws, professional status and verified agreements control those matters.
Does PrimeCenter offer property website development?
PrimeCenter connects website-development enquiries to LuxeVault Group, a specialized service for custom real estate websites and digital showrooms. PrimeCenter itself remains focused on partnerships, referrals, attribution and distribution.
