Terms
Website Terms Foundation
These initial terms establish conservative site-level principles until authoritative commercial and legal terms are supplied.
No automatic commercial entitlement
Registering with PrimeCenter creates a recorded network relationship and may lead to a PrimeCenter Partner ID for identification and referral attribution. A Partner ID is not a professional license and does not by itself establish a brokerage, employment or guaranteed compensation entitlement.
A ready buyer may request a discussion about a possible referral, partner, incentive or commission-sharing arrangement connected with a contemplated purchase. The commercial details, if any, are confirmed directly for the specific property and transaction and remain subject to applicable law and transaction-specific requirements.
Property information
Prices, availability, specifications and project terms should be verified against the relevant authoritative property or developer source.
