Information we collect
PrimeCenter forms may collect contact details, partnership information, referral details, attribution parameters, page/referrer context and submission timestamps for inquiry handling, opportunity attribution, security and record keeping.
Referral attribution
When a supported Partner ID is present in a PrimeCenter referral URL, the site may retain that Partner ID in a first-party cookie for up to 30 days so attribution can persist across a returning visit. Campaign parameters are retained in the active session. These values help identify the source of an opportunity; they do not by themselves establish a commercial entitlement.
Partner accounts and network administration
Approved partner accounts may store identity, access state and password-hash information. Authorized administrative workflows may record status changes and security/audit metadata. Plaintext passwords are not stored, and one-time credential links are stored only as cryptographic hashes until used or expired.
Final legal review required
Before production launch, this notice should be completed with authoritative controller/contact information, retention periods, lawful bases and any required third-party processor disclosures.
