PrimeCenter is the relationship, referral, attribution and distribution layer. CEBOOM is the principal property inventory, discovery and buyer-conversion layer. A partner can originate an opportunity in PrimeCenter, preserve its source through a Partner ID or referral link, and move the buyer into the relevant CEBOOM property pathway for detailed research and qualification.
Why separate the two platforms?
A partner network and a property portal solve different problems. A property platform must keep property information organized, searchable and current. A partner platform must identify relationships, document introductions, provide distribution tools and make the opportunity source measurable.
Trying to make PrimeCenter a second full property portal would create unnecessary duplication. Prices, unit availability, specifications, project media and developer terms can change. If the same facts are maintained in two systems, they can drift apart. PrimeCenter therefore uses selected opportunity previews and directs detailed research to the relevant CEBOOM source whenever practical.
The five-stage opportunity flow
1. Partner onboarding
The partner identifies the nature of the relationship: licensed professional collaboration, international real estate partnership, referral introduction, developer relationship, property-owner opportunity or another commercial pathway. This distinction matters because not every participant has the same professional authority or contractual role.
2. Opportunity discovery
PrimeCenter can surface selected investment themes, project campaigns, partner briefs and approved destinations. It should not attempt to reproduce every property record. When detailed property information is required, the prospect moves into CEBOOM, the CEBOOM Investment Hub or a project-specific digital showroom.
3. Referral or opportunity submission
A buyer introduction should capture the partner source, buyer contact information provided with appropriate authorization, the buyer’s requirement and any known property interest. A developer or property opportunity uses a separate intake path because the information and follow-up process are different.
4. Attribution preservation
Supported PrimeCenter links can carry a Partner ID such as ?ref=PC1027. PrimeCenter also captures common campaign parameters when they are present. The purpose is not to make the URL itself a contract; it is to preserve useful source context as the prospect moves through the ecosystem.
5. CEBOOM qualification and transaction pathway
Once the prospect is in the property-discovery environment, CEBOOM can handle the appropriate buyer qualification, property information and transaction coordination process. Professional activity remains subject to the applicable licensing, accreditation, developer and contractual requirements.
What PrimeCenter should own
- Partner onboarding and relationship type.
- Partner IDs and supported referral attribution.
- Buyer and opportunity introductions.
- Partner tools, approved links and resources.
- Selected opportunity campaigns and partner-facing briefs.
- Progressively, a secure dashboard for permitted referral status and resources.
What CEBOOM should own
- Detailed property inventory and discovery.
- Current property specifications, prices and availability when authoritative.
- Investor-focused property research in the Investment Hub.
- Project-specific digital showrooms and buyer conversion.
- Lead qualification and the relevant transaction workflow.
What this architecture avoids
It avoids duplicate databases, inconsistent project facts, unclear partner roles and referral links that disappear when a buyer leaves the partner site. It also allows PrimeCenter content to focus on partnership and distribution topics rather than competing with CEBOOM for the same broad property-search intent.
